Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-14 days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES ON MOST GOODS

Shipping is free! No charge for shipping will be added to your cart during checkout. The only exception is our Canvas prints which will incur a flat flee.

FLAT FEE SHIPPING CHARGE

As our Canvas Prints are a large item there is a flat fee shipping charge which varies depending on your location.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days. All orders are sent using FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail or local equivalent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I-XSTORE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@i-xstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
